It was a 2 round interview process where I spoke with both managers of the team I would be joining as well as staff from HR. They were both great interviews, however, it is very evident they deeply care for the staff they bring on board. They delved deep into every part of my resume as well as asking a multitude of questions regarding my personal life to ensure I was a good culture fit for the company.
