I got a call from the branch manager saying that I had been selected to be interviewed. There was two days of pretty laid-back interviewing. I tasted food, asked questions about it, and listened to embarrassed adults recite stale mission statements and rote marketing slogans on the way to getting to the meat of the discussion; the actual job. It's way easier than they make it seem.
