I applied online and was contacted within the same week. I was asked to come in to the restaurant for an interview. First interview was about 20 mins and it went well so I was asked to stay for a second interview with the Regional Director and that was about another 25 mins or so. About 10 mins after the second interview I was given the job on the spot.
