Interview
The process began with a computer questioneir where they asked for all of your previous employment history and some personal questions. Once you finished that you had two initial interviews, one with the stores assistant manager and one the stores general manager. The process was quick and after that you had a week of training.
I did an application online got a call from a manager a couple days later. Went in for an interview. Met with two people the same day. A couple days later I got an email with an offer.

How do you feel that you would benefit this company?
The store manager was kind and understanding. The interview was quick and easy. He was very willing to give opportunities even with little to no experience with opportunities to earn commissions and learn from others.

Interview
This was a four step interview process held with four different ppl. Very easy & straight to the point. Description of job was explained very well. The interview process was unusual than most interviews, but it not difficult at all.
