Internal reference. Called twice in that week and in person interview next week. not that hard for phone interview. in person was tricky and a lot of details on SAS and SQL.

Describe a project in which you face challenge and how did you overcome it
Very comfortable interview with the senior hiring manager. He thoroughly described the position and the benefits of working for the company. Questions were ones you would expect in an interview with job history overview and situational type questions.

First several emails back and forth with HR. Then phone interview with the hiring manager, some technical questions asked. Then went to on-site, the interviewers asked many behavior questions and some technical questions.
