Application / Resume Screening HR/recruiter reviews background, role match. Make sure your resume clearly shows relevant skills, projects, technologies.
Initial HR / Recruiter Interview Light-behavioral / culture fit, maybe some role-expectation questions. Be ready to answer “why Lilly?”, “your experience overview”, “strengths & weaknesses”, etc.
Technical Assessment Could be online coding test, take-home assignment, or live coding. Tests algorithms, problem solving. Practice DSA (arrays, strings, trees, graphs), mock tests, know the language well.

Behavioral / Managerial Interview Questions about teamwork, conflict, your past work, decision-making, leadership if senior role. STAR method is commonly used. Prepare stories (Situation-Task-Action-Result) from your past work. Be honest, structured.
Final Interview Sometimes you meet with higher leadership or cross-functional panel. Might review your fit, long-term goals, your contributions. Be ready to ask thoughtful questions, show alignment with company culture & values.
Offer / HR Wrap-up After decision, HR handles offer, compensation, negotiations. Know your expectations, understand compensation components, be ready to ask clarifying questions.
