The interview process consisted of first phone interview with hiring Director, followed by panel of additional Directors across the organization. I believe the process was atypical as it skipped initial phone interview with the HR.

I had interview with hiring director first round and 3 other directors for second round before a decision was made. For my case, screen interview was bypassed and I went straight into the interview with the hiring director.
