The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company in May 2011
Interview
The interviewers were very frank and direct. They were also just the right people for the job type (professional background) and that made it easier for all of us to communicate well. While asking all sorts of questions to assess my suitability for the position I was quite content to observe that they were also trying to figure out how good a match I would be to the existing team. This, together with some frank comments on their behalf about how important it would be for me to be truly happy if I accepted the position, showed that they were paying a lot of attention to their employees/colleagues a characteristic I value a lot. Overall I have been impressed with the level of professionalism of the interviewing team and the support/administration staff that I had been in contact with.

Interview
HR first calls you to make an appointment for a pre-screen call, which happens approximately 7 days after. The pre-screening call lasted around 30 minutes and plenty of questions were asked. The next stage is a technical interview with the hiring manager, if I'm not mistaken, but unfortunately I haven't been invited for it.

Interview
On video call asking about my experiences, they specifically went through my resume asking about projects and what interpersonal skills I learned from them. It was overall an accosting and inviting experience.
