HR saw my resume on a job website and contacted me to know more details. She asked about my career plan and why do I want to work for Eli Lilly. After several weeks, I got an interview and I interviewed with HR, HR director, and Marketing director in person. They asked about some behavior questions.

They make you do a specific STAR interview and if you do not answer in that format do not expect to get the job. They are super nice and it is clear they are just trying to find people that want to genuinely work there and contribute to a wonderful team.
