First step is the Phone Screen. This was followed by a 20 minute seminar + Q/A with 3 scientists. My last step was 45 minute seminar + Q/A (>50 people) and a full day of interviews

Short interviews with multiple people who may be future co-workers and supervisors, asked about resume and time I faced a challenge. Gave a presentation on earlier research with a couple of reasonable questions at the end.

3 interviews - 1st was informal with the hiring manager, then I met with HR to discuss the position but no questions, 2nd was in person interviews with multiple people plus a seminar and one of the interviewers gave me an unexpected pop quiz (kind of technical interview), 3rd was with hiring manager again and informal
