I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Indianapolis, IN) in Apr 2014
Interview
Interviewer was late meeting me in the morning
One interview took place over lunch - every time I took a bite, I was asked a question, which made it very difficult to answer the questions/have a conversation
Almost all of the interviews (there were 5 one on one interviews) took place in a dark room without any windows
I was illegally asked about my plan for children
