I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Indianapolis, IN) in Aug 2015
Interview
Met with two people for a couple of rounds. Questions were basic interview questions that were required to be answered via the star method. After interview was over, recruiter commented that they wouldn't be able to tell me the result until a week later, because they were waiting for a separate college recruiting process, which was kind of odd.
