First, I applied online through my career site and Lilly's website. The next round was an in person back-to-back interview (one was behavioral, one was about defining marketing terms). The final round was a phone interview which took about an hour and I spoke to one person the entire time.

The interview was okay but the work location was a challenge. I had to decline the offer. I was offered to work remotely for 2 days a week but it a challenge to commute.

They make you do a specific STAR interview and if you do not answer in that format do not expect to get the job. They are super nice and it is clear they are just trying to find people that want to genuinely work there and contribute to a wonderful team.
