I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company
Interview
Process is first HR Round, two technical rounds and last behavioral rounds. If you know your work and complete their given assignment rounds should not be a problem. The HR was the real problem, didn't value the potential candidate and was not listening to the candidate, stuck to his idea of what a good candidate must be.
