I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company
Interview
Phone screen with someone in Ireland then virtual interview with two managers. Received phone screen a few days after applying then interview with managers was within two weeks.
I have interview with Eli Lilly twice now and the same thing has happened to me twice. I am over qualified for the role but I get rejected because "there were better qualified applicants." However both of those times the position went to a candidate who was less qualified than me but not white. This company is clearly racist and it is disappointing that they don't care about whos best qualified for the job and who can best promote life-saving medication.
