Initially there was a mass filter, followed by a phone interview, then I was taken to Madrid with 2 other candidates for the final interview, where I met with 5 individuals.

Why I was there, which is an odd question. Then I had to describe the city where I went to college. Role play. Why I was interested in the pharma industry. What I knew about the pharma industry.

All the team members displayed a highly professional attitude. The process was quite fast-paced and demanding, but at the same time it was very rewarding to be able to speak to so many highly skilled professionals.
