Interview
Friendly and casual. They interview around 20 people at a time, split into 4 or 5 smaller groups which change with activities. Employees and fellow applicants incredibly friendly. Incredible tour where you feel like they're selling the job to you. They give me the impression that they spoil their employees and care deeply about their happiness.
