I had an interview with epic for the entry engineer position. The interview went really well. Then I had to take a skills assessment. The skill test had a quick math section and a coding section. I was unable to do well in the coding section.
They first asked for a phone interview, which was pretty easy. Then, there is an online assessment that is more of an IQ test if anything. They ask some very odd questions, and then there is an open-ended programming section. The assessment has a timer, but it is not timed.

There was a presentation that happened over two interviews, a system design round and a leetcode round. Then there was an HR round that happened with a recruiter and we also discussed compensation and what would happen going forward
Heavily test based. Some calls gauge genuine interest in the industry and company. This at least applies to my experience, may not be universally true for all roles across the org.
