I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Sep 2010
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who urged me to apply online. After doing so I was contacted by human resources to take an online test. It consisted of math equations as well as analytical and behavioral questions. About a week after I was contacted to fill out more paper work. A week after that I was told that they decided to move forward with other candidates.
It all began with an introductory email, followed by a Zoom meeting on the company’s core beliefs, a comprehensive personality test, and finally, a lengthy standardized testing exam for assessment.
long assessment before initial interview is even scheduled. took almost five hours and was worst than my highschool standard testing. Not worth the time in less you absolutely really just want the job. otherwise -waste of time.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Epic in Mar 2017
Interview
first there was a pretty breif phone interview
