Applied online.2 days later received an invitation to open house hiring event . Attended with resume in hand. People were pleasant and nice , looked through resume. Received a verbal offer. A week later, was sent a written offer via email, was then sent assessments, I guess I passed. Recruiter called and said based on qualifications, 15/h which was great to me.

Interview
I met and interviewed with the most genuine and laidback Supervisor. He put me completely at ease after I spoke with the initial recruiter. Great experience. I think I got lucky meeting with the gentleman that I did because as I discussed my interview with new coworkers some of them had multiple rounds.

The interview process was good they ask customer service questions like what does customer service mean to you? Tell me about a time a customer was upset and how did you handle that?
