Giving preference by choice and not by ability, experience. manager schedule interview and cancelled it and not for all, they have time for other candidate referred by FIS employees.hr schedule interview we rush their by taking half days or leave.

Biased treatment by HR (Sonia Bhatia),by seating their for more than one hrs time we come to know that manager is too busy to take interview even though time is pre decided and have time to conduct interview of candidate refereed by FIS employees.
