Interview
For every position they do two interviews by two different people. Usually a General Manager and District Manager. For me the first interview was done by the manager at the store I applied for and the second was done by a manager of a much larger branch. They do have to ask a few (maybe 3 or 4) pre-written corporate questions that are pretty basic. My take away from the experience though is that they just want to see what kind of person you are. they want to see if you're someone they can get a long with and work with every day. They don't expect you to know really anything about the business, just that you're capable of learning.
Interview was chill. Manager was young and personable. Questions asked were very basic. They expect you to be sales driven and motivated by money. If you can express that in the interview, you're golden

One interview was held in a small facility. Interviewer and I agreed on a halfway point between my home and the Winona facility. In person. Polite interview, but it took my interviewer three weeks to give me an update.
