Interview
I had 2 Phone Interviews, one was like a basic, are you a normal person, interview and the other one was more formal. After the second one, she said she'd call me after she speaks to the branch manager. I was then called for a scheduled time for the official face to face at the branch you applied. Afterwards, I received a call like 3 or 4 days later from the corporate office, offering me the position, where they then discussed my pay and set up my background check, training, all the good stuff. It took about 3 weeks altogether.

What is your best qualification for this position?
It was an in person interview with the branch manager. A lot of the questions were behavioral and focused on how you approach certain situations. The hiring process did not take a long time and I heard back the following week.

Really simple and easy going . They give a good breakdown of things that they expect of you and are super flexible as far as like promotion chances . It was a good interview even though I had like 3 interviews and it took a like almost 4 months before I got hired on
