I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Forever 21 (Westminster, CO)
Interview
As I soon notice, Forever 21 is almost always hiring. I believe this is due to it's high turnover rate, so going in a getting an application is the first step. While typically you would get a call back if they were interested, I choose to go ahead and call in, name drop, and generally follow up on my dropped off application. This proved great for me later on, my manager definitely remember me call a few times to check. After I got word to come in for an interview the next week, I soon found out it was a group interview with 12-15 other girls. Initially it is a little nerve-wrecking but all the questions were fairly anticipated for a retail job. Lots of behavior and general interest based questions. As long as you don't buckle under the pressure and speak straight you can pass with flying colors.
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
