You need to talk to a manager when giving your application, and you need to by stylish and memorable. You need to look like someone they would want to know. The interview is in a group and you need to stand out and sound like you know what you are doing. Sell your style and what you think customers want. That is what they want to hear.

Question 1
Possibility of them asking you to find an item for someone or act out a scene where you help a customer. Pre-plan in your head on how you would sell an item, what it is, why and make the price sound good to the acting customer.
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
