Screening through HR followed by Front Office Manager. Should you do well, you will interview with higher department heads, usually ending with General Manager. If you get to the General Manager, this is more of a welcome to the Hotel introduction type interview.

I had to go through four interviews. I interviewed with different head managers from different departments. They asked a lot of theoretical questions about dealing with difficult customers. They are really looking for people who can think into the future a lot.
