Phone interview then regular interview. It was easy and basic interview. There looking for certain corporate buzzwords so study up. Study basic behavioural. It is important to be adaptable in GE so mention how you are adaptable.

Process was easy. I was referred by a current employee which helped a lot. I wasn't sure if I wanted to work here but woman in HR was nice and thought it would be a good experience. Phone interview was most behavioral questions and reviewing my resume. A few technical questions about excel skills but other than that pretty simple. Was offered a job a few days later
