I was contacted through my university recruiting website and asked if I would be available for an interview. it was scheduled within 3 days of the initial contact. The interview itself was very relaxed, no real structure, mostly just assessing personality and interest.

Good team, the recruitment provide tips on what you should to prepare to ensure the sale goes through and also learn a little about the products of services being sold.
They made the process great for potential employees. Lots of open communication and will answer all questions you have. Love this company and will be returning this year to work again.

Online application at first, very basic cover letter resume. Then a 3 hour long panel interview zoom meeting, where I met with 3 different zoom teams comprised of 3-4 people.
