I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Gartner (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2021
Interview
Multi-step process that was very enjoyable. The staff I worked with was very attentive and supportive. Any questions I had were promptly answered and the constructive criticism was much appreciated.

Question 1
Talk about a time when you were given a challenge and your manager disagreed with your solution. How did you respond?
My initial interview was great and clear. My second interview, the interviewer was condescending and downplayed my resume. I had to correct them several times for incorrect remarks about my experience and I had to repeat myself continuously. Ultimately, I believe they just wanted to pay me less by having me in a CSP role rather than CSM role. My final interview was a mock client call and my final interviewer was very respectful and clear. Overall, the interview process challenged me and helped me understand the challenges I was walking into. I think it was a good interview process that accurately depicts a piece of my job now.

Question 1
How do you manage competing priorities across many accounts?
Went through the initial screening process with the hiring manager, only to be told there’s not job available - they’re hiring for when the role is needed in future. Waste of time
The first two interviews went well, the recruiter was really nice throughout the process. My final interview was not great. Had it with a LSA and felt like she was trying to catch me out. Just didn’t leave a very good impression for the final interview.
