Spoke for 30 minutes with four different hiring managers from different departments. They were very easy going and friendly to talk to. It seems as if they wanted to know mainly how you interacted with a diverse group of employees.

Asked about lab experience, working in a team setting, and ability to follow standard operating procedures. Asked about clean room experience but was not required. Made sure I was aware I was signing up for 12 hour shifts.

A lot of situational and behavioral questions. I had a 10 minute interview where i had to videotape my answers and then had a 30min interview with a panel of supervisors. It took a bit of time until they reached out to me

Interview
Will ask you your basic interview questions. Ex:where do you see yourself in 5 years, biggest accomplishment, what are you weaknesses and strengths etc… More of a conversation than interview. Great company to work for.
