Neutrale Atmopshäre. Erstes Gespräch mit HR per Telefon. Zweites Gespräch wurde mit dem Bereichsverantwortlichen über Teams durchgeführt. Eine Rückmeldung sollte es nach Aussage des Unternehmens in der selben Woche geben. Die Rückmeldung wurde nicht gegeben und um 2 Wochen verschoben. Danach keine Rückmeldung mehr. Von einer transparenten und verbindlichen Kommunikation daher weit entfernt.

very easy and simple to navigate nothing too challenging about it I woudl recommend to others and I think theres a very simple component of just understanding behaviorals during the process
Lots of Teams meetings with various managers. All seemed very nice but ultimately went a different direction. Interviewers didn't know all the aspects of the job. I think the direct staff were very friendly.

Remote Zoom with 2-3 people and they sent a lot of packets of information about the company. They were very friendly but follow a structured set of questions - one from HR and another from the department.
