Total Cattle Call. Thought the interview was going to be between me and a recruiter. I walked in and it was a board room full of other interviewees. Answered some silly form, and "amazingly" was called back. Did an in-person interview. That is where I was informed it was not salary but completely commissions based. Might work for some. But came off to me like a scam.

Bait and switch job. I was asked to interview for a manager position, got there and was told nobody starts as a manager. Instead they tried convincing me to take the "agent" position they said was open.

I was emailed an invitation to a webinar where the presenter talked in circles about absolutely nothing. Upon further investigation during the zoom call, I learned that the 'management' position was actually a commission based life insurance sales job.

the interviewer did not ask any questions on why I wanted to work at their company, they just did a company slide on how their business model works and the amount of money I could make.
