Sought out and called by company then interviewed the next day by field manager. Exceptrd opportunity and sent home to complete background check online. Waited 4 days or so and corporate sent a offer letter by email for me to accept or reject job with compensation and hours offered. After you click accept you get a call from the local management confirming your start date. I started work about 4 days after accepting offer.

Easy gave company background and spoke about my duties in relation to the job.my current manager duties and work ethic. Nothing major or hard to answer in the interview. Very laid back.
Word for word, off of a piece of paper in a written script, not a lot of actually questions that matter. No attempt to build a relationship with manager, more so just needed a body to fill the position

Walked to small management room, interviewed with assistant manager vaguely talked to store manager, asked a series of questions to which the answers they wanted to hear were all very basic simple answers.
