Not much of an interview as the interviewer just described the job and asked if i could handle it. As he interviewed me he made a lot of little jokes that made me feel more at ease as it was my first job so that was nice. He didn't ask many questions except for my work experience and the schedule i would have to work around for school.

From the moment I walked into the office for the interview, I sensed I wouldn’t be receiving an offer. I understood I was overqualified, but I was simply seeking a part‑time role for personal reasons. I didn’t receive any feedback until I followed up myself. If attracting talent is truly a priority, timely communication speaks volumes and reflects the culture an organization claims to uphold.
