I applied online and the process took 3 weeks. The team was very nice and pleasant to talk to. I had about 4 interviews total which included the recruiter, two hiring managers and a Senior Customer Success Manager.
Towards the end of the interview process, the recruiter asked for three references and within two days, they offered me the position!

Interview
Basic screening interview. This role was more of a TAM role than a CSM one. The benefits and pay were better than average. I was disappointed to be ghosted by the recruiter and never had any kind of follow-up.
