Hotel Chocolat interview questions

The whole process was a pleasure. Effortless applying for starters, to a relaxed video first interview. Followed after a lengthy second relaxed interview with local Reigional manager. Kept informed at all times on all processes.

I applied online and didn’t hear back for a while, but after a few weeks got a call. I think they must’ve had a few potential candidates fall through as there was no group interview, just an in person chat with the manager. It was very chill and friendly, and it felt like I was being listened to. I had been unemployed for a while and stated this when answering a question, whereas usually I would skirt about and find a way around it. I think being honest helped me, and I was able to connect more with the person who interviewed me. I was told lots about the job and what the role would entail, and uniform standards. I was also told that my answer to a particular question was very good, which was nice to hear and gave me confidence during the interview when normally I’d be quite nervous. I heard back 4 days after the interview that I had got the job :)
