Quick communication with recruiter after applying for position, but apparently the position had been open for some time unbeknownst to me. Very sweet and supportive recruiter who arranged multiple interviews for me at the hospital after I was flown in from out of town for the interview. Very quick offer letter with good salary, but limited flexibility on hours offered. I was promised certain things upon hire that have not come true over a year later.

filtering process. Possibly they have the person they choose internally before posting the job. they didn't even talk about possible offer basic items, which enforce the idea of fake job posting
Panel interview with several nurse practitioners from different specialties. Round table with check off sheets / grading sheets. Two part interview Ruth NP peers then with administrative team. They want to see what m add yes you stand out, highlight your strengths.
