The interview was laid back and straightforward. The interviewer was personable and that made the interaction less intimidating. Not sure if I got the job yet, but the interviewer was nice so I hope that I will get to work for him.

They were disorganized, and unprofessional. They seemed undecided about what they really wanted and needed. The job description didn't accurately reflect the amount of effort it would take to execute. In fact, I might have to do a lot of the research myself.
