I sent my resume. I got a call a few weeks later. The interview was quick and easy. Just some basic questions on my goals and my experience with education/tutoring.

Sent in interview A few days later, called me in for questions, etc. Asked a variety of questions like what did I like about teaching, why I wanted to teach there, etc. I was hired immediately and had to review lot of books and then shadowed other employees on the tutoring floor.
