Interview
They called me within 2 days after applying and hired me right after the interview. It lasted about 45 minutes, and included a drug test. He asked a lot of questions regarding customer service and what the job will entail.

If a customer is unhappy, what will you do to solve their problem?
Met in hotel conference due to new store opening location. There were hundreds of other interviewing, with the managers interviewing 1:1. There wasn't much options in position. The manager assigned your role based on how your interview went. No options were provided.
Very simple and easy. Be yourself because you don’t want to be put in a position you don’t enjoy. Research the company before you go in and impress them about what you know.
