Interview
I was interviewed by the assistant store director before the store had opened. Only a few simple questions were asked. There was no request to see my resume or ask for any references. I was hired on the spot, given a drug test on the spot, and was asked to schedule training on the spot.

Interview
It was one interview that was very quick and easy. It was only a couple of questions and the interviewers were really laid back and chill. I was in and out in 15 minutes and got an offer the same day.

What was a negative experience that you have had with a customer?
The questions were clear, mostly focused on basic skills and previous experience, and nothing felt overly difficult or unexpected. The interviewer was friendly, professional, and made the conversation feel comfortable rather than stressful.
