Was called in to talk to the current manager, and I was asked questions about what I know about managers. The manager was nice, but asked me questions that were much too hard to answer.
Very smooth. They just ask you basic questions such as what experience do you have, where have you worked, etc. Do you have experience with retail, customer service. etc they also ask to give examples
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Hy-Vee (Madison, WI) in Mar 2019
Interview
They take you upstairs to the HR office to interview. Be prepared to take a cup to the bathroom! They ask really straight forward questions out customer service skills and experiences.
