Excellent interview and on-boarding process. From start to finish (offer) was about 5 days. Hyatt does not compensate at market, but rather uses an internal market measure. They are getting better. Most recently doubling Directors bonuses.

Question 1
Heavy management and leadership. Some technical questions. Interview consisted with the reporting VP and several of his peers as well as some team members. Also interviewed with several outsourcers that were engaged in the business as well.
