I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IBM (Guadalajara, Jalisco) in Sep 2018
Interview
Until the personal interview, the process was overall ok. But after that, the company did not give any answer. Even thought that they stated that I will always know my status in the interview, they did not told a proper answer. One of my interviewer was "concerned" that no one told me anything about my process. Time later, someone of the company told me that they "normally" lost track about the applicants. It is better if someone inside the company of any other good contact recommend you if you want to have a proper process, and thanks to that, you will no lost your time like I did. I would have preferred a solid NO instead of playing hide and seek.
