Interview
After applying online, I was contacted by a recruiter asking for writing samples. I had a phone interview about 10 days later and then an in-person interview 10 days after that. The in-person interview consisted of 5 separate one-on-one interviews and an assessment. The questions asked were relatively generic questions and everyone was very friendly.

Interview
Two interview rounds. The first interview was more about getting know each other, interests, the team. The second interview was with more senior staff members, a bit more on talking about technical abilities and interests, followed by a case study writing assignment. The assignment took 2.5h and was adequate for the level that I applied for.
The process took a long time. Sometimes I did not hear anything for several weeks and had to chase them, other times they were super responsive and called me spontaneously to discuss expectations. Overall positive and friendly, but at times inconsistent!
Panel interview with multiple people. Lasted two hours. Panelists were nice and professional. Described the position, asked a series of about 10 questions, asked about interest in topical area of project and technical skills.
