I met with the HR officer recruiting for the position initially, I then had a second interview with the current incumbent of the role. Finally I interviewed with the SVP who I'd be working for directly.

The initial interview screen was just from a sloppy screener showing no interest and reprepsentation of IHG image. All she ask was are you keen to explore the role. When clarifying expectations, she has no clue what the role was about. And said she will arrange next round and when total silent.
