Interview
The first interview is a screening interview to find out about basic skills and interest in the company. Following the screening they invite you in for a day of interviewing with consultants at different levels. At the end of the day you are required to do a presentation. Plan on being there for several hours and meeting with a group of people for your final presentation.

Case studies are typical management consultant case studies. Be prepared.
3 rounds first with hiring manager then with a panel along with senior manager and finally a round/fit check with Principle followed by final discussion with HR. Technical round would include guesstimates followed by case study presentation
On-demand video assessment interview where you record your response -> Math&Logistics test -> case interview with a consultant (not a typical case; this is more focused on math and calculation)
Two rounds of interviews, 1 with a leader and other with a panel of managers. Ended with one case study, which was then presented to a panel of interviewers. It was a quick and fluid process.
