Friendly interviewer, who asked typical questions about my resume and experience. Asked a few scenario questions and why I was interested in the position. Unfortunately quoted compensation was significantly lower than comparable positions in our area, by > $20K.

The interview process started with an initial 30-minute phone screen with the recruiter, then a 30-minute hiring manager screen (MS Teams video), then two more panel rounds after that (also MS Teams video). All interviews were on separate days without too much lag in between.
