I wa first contacted by an HR person to see if I was interested. The next step was a phone interview with one of the senior consultant. This was pretty casual, basically going over my resume, my interests, letting me ask questions, asking why I wanted the job. Next I was called for a face to face interview. I was told to prepare a 15 min Power Point presentation on a topic of my choice. I interviewed individually with 3 people, all interviews were pretty casual. The people in the office seemed nice. One point they stressed was that a lot of people don't feel comfortable doing CI type work, so I should know what I am getting into. I also gave my presentation in front of around 10 people, and they asked basic questions. The interview process was pretty easy, I expected a much tougher process (case or behavioral). I though everything went well, but I didn't hear back for a week. I emailed to try to get a response, and only after my persistence did the HR person tell me I didn't get it.
