Non negotiable on salary, spoke of the exhaustive task of training new nurses especially since they are expanding. They were almost trying to convince me that a nurse manager shouldn’t want to go back to nursing.

Well organised process, even though this was through lockdown everything was slick and I was kept well informed of process. Once passed through to second stage interview it was again well organised at a time to suit me rather than the recruiting manager. Was made to feel at ease throughout the interview
Easy questions the manager seemed rushed and just blew through the interview. Did not feel they spent much time on my cv. Questions seemed very random. Felt like they didnt really assess me thoroughly
